VIRTUAL MEETINGS – WE PROVIDE THE RIGHT FRAMEWORK
Do you want to hold a virtual meeting with up to two people on site and the others spread across Germanyor the world? We will be happy to create the suitable framework and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

CLASSIC MEETINGS – TIMELESS AND NEVER OUT OF FASHION
Half-day package (applicable for 15 people and up)*
- Pro-rata room hire of the main conference room according to the number of people (for a maximum of 4 hours)
- Writing pads and ballpoint pens
- Two conference drinks per person or unlimited mineral water during the conference
- A coffee break with a sweet and savoury snack and a cup of tea or coffee
Depending on the desired size of the event room, there is an additional room hire charge depending on the number of guests.
All drinks and meals outside the above-mentioned all-day package will be charged according to consumption.
