The winter garden, created by renowned Belgian designer and art dealer Axel Vervoordt, seems like an artist’s atelier thanks to industrial-style touches and boasts an adjoining garden terrace. A fireplace separates the restaurant from the Garden Salon.
The culinary concept combines classics with contemporary, light dishes with seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs. Awarded with 1 toque with predicate in Gault & Millau, 6 pans in Gusto and 3 chef's hats in the Grand Guide, the Garden offers an imaginative combination of exquisite ingredients.
