Benefizkonzert des Fördervereins des Lions Club München-Opera e.V.

Under the direction of saxophonist Wolfgang Hanninger, the BIG BLUE band performs a grooving, swinging and varied mixture of big band classics and rarely heard specialties. Crisp brass sections, soulful ballads, rousing solos, mainly swing, but also funky at times. Singer Isabelle Fontius will also be there again, delighting the audience with her multi-faceted and soulful voice.

The Lions Club München-Opera has been organizing a charity concert for the sixt time since 2015. As always, the net proceeds from the event will go to Lichtblick Hasenbergl e.V., a social institution with a lighthouse character that currently cares for 200 children and young people from socially disadvantaged families.
