The "Penthouse Garden Suite"

The “South and North Wing” on the eighth floor: Discover our newly designed “Penthouse Garden Suite”. The 350-square metre suite encompasses the entire eighth floor and is surrounded by a spacious roof terrace which can be entered from three different sides. Its 124,5-square metre in size and the breathtaking view make it unigue in Munich.

Discover the Penthouse Garden Suite in our virtual tour:

The suite features two luxury bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining bar, a spacious dining and living area with fireplace and a cosy sofa. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with natural light and enable the access to the roof terrace from nearly all areas of the suite: from the two bedrooms, the dining and living area as well as from the private spa.

The suite features a discreet and understated design in light natural and earthy tones. This was done to underline the suite’s sense of space and overall feel, to create an area of tranquillity and comfort for the guest. The finest linen was used for the bed linen, sofas, armchairs, chairs and cushions. Each piece of furniture made from reclaimed wood is unique and was given an artistic overhaul.

The bathrooms feature natural Valverde stone and clear forms. The design of the rooms echoes the philosophical principles of Wabi: Beauty is found in imperfection and authenticity, Artempo – where time becomes art, and natural materials that are rich in spirit. Each room captivates with its inherent uniqueness, simplicity and tranquillity.

The walls feature light natural and earthy tones while the antique and minimalistic furniture was brought back to life. Overall the walls and carpets on higher levels are designed in lighter tones.
