This lavish green which decorates the walls of the Scottish Parlour is the remastered variant of the colour which was originally used in the breakfast room of Calke Abbey, a country house in Derbyshire, England. The tartan curtain and selected art with hunting still life, an antique and solid wooden writing desk as well as a silver carved scale give this parlour a very particular flair.
The Scottish Parlour is located on the first floor of the Palais Montgelas and has access to the Portrait Parlour.
